What “we monitor everything” means
Heating, hot water, gas systems and booster sets, plus the sensor points installed on your unit. When readings drift or signals change, we treat it as a live issue, not “just an alert”.
Fair use (kept simple)
Fully Looked After and Total Cover include callouts, labour and standard stocked parts. Major plant replacement (boilers, cylinders, plate heat exchangers, major pumps) is excluded and quoted separately.
