About Wizard Guardian
Wizard Guardian was built from real plant room callouts, where faults don’t announce themselves politely at 9am. Temperatures drift, pumps struggle, solenoids stick, booster sets drop off and suddenly it’s complaints, refunds and downtime. We built a monitoring system that spots the drift early and tells you.
How it started
We kept seeing the same pattern across sites: the fault wasn’t always complex, it was just unseen for too long. So we designed Wizard Guardian around the points that actually cause downtime in real plant rooms.
What we do
We supply and support 24/7 plant room monitoring for heating, hot water, gas systems and booster sets, with clear alerts and live visibility so you can act early.
Our team
We’re not “software only”. We’re engineers. We have a team of 10 engineers on call 24/7 to support live buildings when it matters most.
What we monitor
- Heating flow and return temperatures
- HWS temperatures and circulation / return status
- Booster set conditions and fault signals
- Gas fired water heater signals (temperature, flow, solenoid)
- Custom points to match your plant room layout
How we supply it
- Unit only: we supply the hardware, you install and monitor
- Fitted option: we install, label, and set thresholds properly
- Monthly monitoring packages: alerts can go to your team, to us, or both
- You decide what to do, or subscribe and leave it all to us
Notifications that keep you in control
Wizard Guardian sends notifications when readings drift or signals change. Some clients want full visibility and respond in-house. Others want us to receive alerts too, so we can guide action or manage response end-to-end. Either way, you know early.
